CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND Score Rewards AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
